These are small adhesive pads that can be applied directly to the affected areas of the feet. They are typically made of a soft, cushioned Hydrocolloid Gel that helps to reduce friction and pressure on the skin, thereby preventing blisters from forming or worsening.
The pads are designed to be thin and discreet, allowing dancers to wear them comfortably with various types of dance shoes without causing interference or discomfort. These blister pads come in a variety pack of three different shapes and sizes to help ease any size blister. Total of 15 pads come in a hard-shell case to take with you on the go.
