We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition it was received. Which means it must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Steps to an EASY return:

  • Step 1 Check the Exceptions section to ensure the item(s) meet the criteria.
  • Step 2 Email include your name, order number and item.
  • Step 3 We will email you a Return Authorisation Number (RA#).
  • Step 4 Repackage the item(s), address the box and include the RA#

  • Step 5: Send the package via prepaid Regular Parcel Post or your carrier of choice, include tracking. COD is not accepted. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Step 6: Once the package has arrived in-store, it will be inspected and if approved, an email advising of the refund will be sent. Shipping is not refundable.


Our list of non-returnable items.

Some items cannot be returned. They are as follows.

  • Washed, worn, or altered products
  • Hang tag removed - we consider the garment worn
  • Original box missing
  • Sale or discounted item
  • Underwear, tights & socks
  • Gift cards, gift certificates
  • Earrings and hairpieces
  • Special or custom orders

Our short list of exchange-only items.

  • Special occasion dresses and boys' suits
  • New figure skates: must be unworn and unmounted
  • Once worn, manufacturer’s warranty applies to figure skates
    • Note: Skater will be without skates until the manufacturer determines the warranty coverage

Defective or Damaged Products

We ask that you report the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging.  Contact us at and we will do our best to assist you.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
