The Ouch Pouch is a small fabric pouch filled with a gel-like substance that helps distribute pressure and reduce friction on the toes. The small size is suitable for dancers with smaller feet or those who prefer a more snug fit.
This new small Ouch Pouch design offers more coverage in the bunion areas, a deeper cut vamp to better match the line of the pointe shoe, a sleeker shape that hugs the foot and keeps pads from sliding or bunching up. It helps to cushion the toes, reduce pressure, and prevent discomfort during intense dance movements.
